I started as a professional boxer, it was my life and I achieved a #4 ranking in the UK as a light heavyweight. It was my proudest achievement at the time. Sadly I had to retire due to injury after my dreams were shattered at the MEN arena, fighting for what should of been the British title eliminator.
TNT is now my dream, my baby and will always be adapting and evolving to benefit its users and build a bigger TNT family. I pride myself on hard work and giving 100%, I believe if I give my all you guys will do the same and together we can achieve great things be it fat loss, muscle gain or simply an hour working on you and a more specific goal.
Since boxing I’ve competed in strongman competitions, powerlifting comps, CrossFit and Hyrox. From these experiences I find planning sessions for classes or personal training a chance to pass on my experiences and keep them challenging yet fun. I love what I do and can’t wait to build the TNT family.

Hi my name is Danni, the manager here at TNT Elite. I’m a fitness trainer with a level 3 in personal training. I have over 10 years experience in CrossFit and being a hybrid athlete. I have a massive passion for fitness, getting stronger and pushing myself to become the best I can. In my early years I started my love of sport with playing football and reached county level, I’ve since competed in CrossFit comps and Hyrox and have a love for running.
I love to share all my knowledge and experiences with people to help them become the best they can be and to grow in confidence. Hi I’m Karrina, a strength and conditioning coach with a decade of experience, working with athletes in various sports including basketball, football, weightlifting, judo, and paralympic rowing.

Beginning my fitness journey at a young age, I honed my interest in strength training and developed a passion for Olympic lifting, competing in the sport for the past 9 years.
